Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds cannot be processed for requests made after this 30-day window.
Items must adhere to the following to qualify for a return:– No signs of wear or washing– All original tags and labels attached– Original packaging included.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as final sale products and those labeled “non-returnable.” These exclusions are clearly displayed on the product page.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.
In cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
– For defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).
– For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted): Customer pays return shipping.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For defective items, include clear photos of the problem. Our team will confirm approval and send return instructions.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Canadian orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees from the CBSA or carrier are non-refundable.
When returning an item, we refund the product price (and original shipping fees only if required by law and the return is our error). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not refunded.
