Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery services to other countries or regions.
For orders shipping to Canada, international import regulations may apply, including potential duties and customs requirements.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Key processing guidelines:
  • No orders are processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays (including U.S. holidays like Thanksgiving and Canadian holidays like Canada Day).
  • Canadian orders: An additional 1–2 business days of processing time may be required to verify shipping details, prepare essential customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure adherence to Canadian import regulations. This step is crucial for smooth cross-border delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: You can expect delivery within 5–10 business days after your order is dispatched.
  • Canada: Delivery times vary depending on the specific destination, ranging from 10–25 business days post-dispatch. This timeline includes cross-border transit and customs clearance, which can vary by province or territory.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • United States: Domestic orders are primarily shipped via USPS, a trusted carrier with extensive coverage across the country.
  • Canada: We partner with USPS International for shipments to Canada, ensuring reliable cross-border transit. The final delivery carrier may be selected based on factors such as the destination address, package weight, and desired delivery speed to optimize efficiency.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number. For U.S.-to-Canada shipments, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs or is transferred to the local delivery service. Follow-up tracking can be done through the Canadian local postal service website or the carrier's international tracking platform.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time, allowing you to follow your package from our warehouse to your delivery address.
  • Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to be reflected. Once the package leaves the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. We recommend using the local Canadian postal service’s website to access the most current delivery information.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed significantly or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow these steps:

For U.S. Orders:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to see if the package was delivered to an alternative location.
  2. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about delivery details or report the package as missing.
  3. If the package is still unaccounted for, get in touch with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For Canadian Orders:

  1. First, allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as customs clearance or international transit can result in unforeseen delays.
  2. Use your tracking number to check with local postal services or Canadian customs authorities—packages may be held if duties, taxes, or additional documentation are required.
  3. Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (such as post offices) for any missed deliveries.
  4. If the package remains missing after these steps, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to accommodate extended international transit and customs processing times).
